Connections for a Better Sounding world
Highlights the importance of collaboration and innovation in the field of acoustics to improve the auditory environment and promote everyone’s well-being.
Inter-Noise, which has been held annually for 53 years, is a crucial meeting point for professionals, researchers, and manufacturers in the acoustics industry. It is an event that goes beyond discussing the latest scientific advancements: it’s about building a community dedicated to creating a better-sounding, quality-of-life world.
During the pandemic, this connection — a central characteristic of the congress — was hindered by the lack of in-person meetings. Now, in 2025, we are back in Brazil stronger than ever, reinforcing the importance of face-to-face connectivity. This year’s theme reflects that renewed energy of connection, aiming to unite specialists from all over the world to share knowledge, promote new technologies, and solve the challenges of noise control and acoustics.
From architectural acoustics to environmental noise control, including areas such as psychoacoustics and audio engineering, each session and workshop is designed to inspire, encourage the exchange of ideas, and provide practical tools that can be applied directly to creating better sound environments.
Join us on this journey to a better-sounding world. Connection and innovation are the keys to making a difference. Let’s collaborate and build a future where sound enhances our lives — together, we can achieve this goal.
