About the registration process, please find the information below:
To submit your abstract, please access https://www.even3.com.
At yours Attendee´s Area, select the menu “Submissions”, then select “Submit” to submit your first and free of charge abstract. After this first submission, if you want to submit more abstracts, go to your Attendee´s Area, select “Products and services”, select “Access store”, choose the desired quantity of extra abstracts at “Additional paper” and follow the process.
Abstract submission and registration process steps:
- 1st step: Abstract submission (no need to pay any fee at this moment).
- 2nd step: Review and acceptance by the scientific committee.
- 3rd step: Registration and payment upon acceptance.
- 4th step: Presentation archive submission.
Every paid single registration gives you the opportunity to present one approved abstract. The 125 Euros fee for additional paper, is applicable for the participants who wants to submit more than one abstract.
